The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to transportation, the downtown area, and nearby shopping areas. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the convenient store below the hotel was a great convenience.

I recently had a stay at this hotel and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. the location is fantastic, being just a short taxi ride away from the airport and close to the shopping area. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and went the extra mile to assist us with directions and even offering a free ride to the airport. Lastly, the rooms may be compact, but they are clean and comfortable, with modern designs that made us feel right at home. All in all, great value for money with excellent service.

This hotel in Jeju's new town is in a great location, right near all the shops and restaurants. It's so convenient to be able to walk to everything. The staff here are amazing - they really go out of their way to help you. They even helped us book a taxi and provided extra amenities. The rooms are cozy but have everything you need, and they're kept so clean and tidy.
